"I started at Actineo as a caseworker in information procurement. Two years later, the quality management department was added. My job here included on-boarding new employees, documenting our processes, and looking after the intranet. In 2018, I moved to the Product Development team as a Product Owner. What I really love about my job is that it's down to me to achieve the best possible product for our external and internal clients, together with my team of developers. My experiences from casework and quality management are enormously helpful here. I feel a particularly close connection to our company values of growth and performance. I love how we're growing and that I can make a real contribution to that process. I like to relax by listening to metal and goth music, but I also enjoy going to local museums and art exhibitions. That's where I get to really use my BA in Cultural Studies."

"The way Actineo has developed in recent years is truly impressive and the company has made things even more flexible for employees by allowing us to work from home. I also thought the way the company took a proactive approach to the pandemic was really good. My career began as a state-certified biotech assistant. Before joining Actineo, I also worked at a bacteriology lab and as a salesperson for medical products. Once I started a family, I decided it was time for a job close to home. My first impression of Actineo was that they really take care of people here! Today, I work on the TPA (Third-Party Administration) team where I'm responsible for settling compensation from private health insurance products. What's great is that I can work independently and plan my day myself! The flexitime scheme makes Actineo a family-friendly company, while for me personally my work is also a welcome change from family life. Our team spirit is excellent, and team leaders and colleagues alike are always open to a chat. In my free time, I can't live without music and my passions are cooking and baking.
